All internal systems, inquiry records, data, and access credentials are protected under the Digital Security Act of Bangladesh. Any unauthorized access, false data entry, data hiding, misuse of information, or sharing of internal links, passwords, or records may constitute a punishable offense under the law.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Sharing internal page links or passwords
  • False or misleading inquiry entries
  • Data manipulation or deletion
  • Unauthorized disclosure of business information
