Criteria for Listing

  • Confirmed financial loss due to refusal/no-response after courier dispatch on confirmed orders or samples.
  • Contract breach (unpaid dues, unauthorized data removal/sharing, deliberate misinformation).
  • Repeated operational disruption causing measurable loss.

Process Before Listing

  1. Internal review (case creation, evidence collection, manager sign-off).
  2. Notice to party via call/SMS/WhatsApp/email with a deadline to respond.
  3. If unresolved, entry published with masked identity and reason.

Appeal / Removal

If you believe you are listed in error or your case is resolved, submit an appeal with your ID and supporting documents.
